Is the GOLD ARCOS a hotel designed for adults?
The Gold Arcos Hotel is a designed for all audiences that meets the needs of our guests who want to relax and enjoy their vacation. However, the hotel does not have facilities designed especially for children or entertainment aimed at that audience. Children from 3 years old pay as an adult.
What are the advantages of booking directly with the hotel?

What documents are needed to stay at the hotel?
By law it is necessary to present the original identification document from the country of origin (ID card in the case of Spain) or passport.
A deposit of €200 in cash or card is also required as a guarantee for the room (damages, theft, etc.).
What is the dress code at the hotel?
Informal/casual.
In indoor public areas, the torso must always be covered. Costumes are not allowed inside the hotel.
What is the check-in time and check-out time?
The room will be ready for check-in at 4:00 p.m. However, early check-in is allowed whenever possible.
The check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
Is it possible to request a late check-out of the room?
Yes, you can request a Late check-out on the morning of the day of check-out from the hotel. Please note that it may not always be possible to have a Late check-out.

If your room is not available for Late check-out*, you will be provided with a complimentary room* so you can change/shower/freshen up before leaving, free of charge.

Are there parking facilities?
Yes, the hotel has a parking for its clients nearby and another one at a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Avenida Parking (5 minutes from the hotel) – 13.50€* per night. VAT included.

Reserving parking spots is not allowed. The availability of a free spot will be confirmed on the day of arrival and payment will be made in advance.
Each room is assigned a parking spot and guests are requested to respect it. Failure to do so will result in a monetary penalty.
Do you have charging stations for electric cars? How much does it cost?
Yes, we have 2 spaces for charging electric cars. They can be used in 3 time slots, with prior reservation at the reception.
To use the charging spaces, a parking space must be reserved separately.
The cost of the charging spaces is as follows:
GOLD Rooms: 15€* per time slot. VAT included.
GOLD PREMIUM Rooms: 7.50€* per time slot. VAT included.
GOLD PLATINUM Rooms: Included in the room price.

Yes, the hotel offers a computer with high-speed internet access located at the reception 24 hours a day for everyone’s enjoyment completely free of charge.
Does the hotel have a gym?
No, the hotel lacks a gym.
What facilities does the hotel have?
The hotel has a buffet restaurant, a café named “The Arches Lounge”, and the rooftop area, where you can find the “Skybar”, the pool, and the jacuzzi.
Does the hotel offer the option of All-Inclusive?
No, the hotel does not have that option. It offers Bed and Breakfast, Half board, and Full board.
Are drinks included in the restaurant?
No, drinks are never included.
Is the admission of pets allowed in the Hotel?
No, animals are not allowed in the Hotel.
Exceptions:
Access and stay of assistance dogs belonging to the Armed Forces and State Security Forces and Bodies on duty is allowed, in accordance with their specific legislation, as well as the access, stay and accommodation of assistance dogs for people with disabilities who need it.
The access, stay and accommodation of assistance dogs for people with disabilities are subject to the provisions of Law 12/2003, of April 10, on assistance dogs for people with disabilities, of the Valencian Community.
Therefore:
You must carry and display your identity document, the unit affiliation card, and the official health documentation of the assistance dog.
You must keep the identification mark as an assistance dog visibly displayed on the collar or harness, in addition to the microchip required by the regulations on animal protection/health.
You must keep the assistance dog by your side with the necessary restraint and safety measures according to its breed.
You must have a liability insurance policy to cover possible damages to third parties caused by the animal.
Access of assistance dogs is prohibited in areas where food is handled and in areas exclusive to hotel staff.
Access of assistance dogs for people with disabilities may be denied under the following circumstances:
In case of imminent danger to the user, to a third party, or to the assistance dog itself.
When the animal shows symptoms of illness, exhibited alternatively or cumulatively through feverish signs, abnormal hair loss, diarrhea, abnormal secretions, signs of cutaneous parasitosis, wounds of a size or appearance that pose a presumed risk to people, or evidence of lack of cleanliness or care.
What is done with the personal data collected in the reservation?
We keep your personal data and any other related information in files registered with the APD with all the security measures required by the L.O.P.D. Your personal data will never be sold, handed over to third parties, or used without your permission.
What documents are necessary to be able to stay at the hotel?
By law, it is necessary to present the original identification document from the country of origin (ID card in the Spanish case) or passport. A deposit of 200€ is also required, which can be left in cash or credit card as a guarantee for the room (damages, theft, etc.).
After confirming my reservation, will a charge be made to my credit card?
Depending on the type of reservation you have chosen, there may or may not be charges on the card.
If you have made a non-refundable reservation, the total amount will be charged to confirm your reservation.*
If you have chosen a semi-flexible rate, 50% of the total will be charged.*
If you have chosen a flexible rate, only the 1st night of stay will be charged, to verify that the card left as a guarantee is valid. This amount will be refunded immediately. If the card cannot be validated, you will be asked to update the information within 24 hours, if not done, your reservation will be canceled.
*These rates do not include the option to cancel for free.
If I arrive late or if I do not show up at the hotel, will any charge be made to my credit card?
In case of not showing up at the hotel on the check-in day, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card left as guarantee.
In case of late arrivals, we recommend you to contact us to take note of your arrival time. Otherwise, it will be understood Please note that, if the arrival is for days after the expected day, you may be asked to make an advance payment to secure your reservation.

What is the difference between GOLD and GOLD PREMIUM rooms?
The GOLD PREMIUM rooms have a 32m2 terrace with sun loungers, unlike the GOLD rooms, whose terraces are smaller and do not have sun loungers. On the other hand, GOLD PREMIUM rooms have luxury amenities.
How much does it cost to switch to a Premium Room? And to a Platinum room?
The upgrade from a Gold room to a Premium room is €12* per person per night. VAT included.
The upgrade from a Gold room to a Platinum room is €30* per person per night. VAT included.

Can non-guests use the common areas?
Non-guests can make use of the following common areas at the following times:
Restaurant: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. No prior reservation is required. There is an extra cost that will be paid upon entry.
The Arches Lounge: from 16:30 to 00:00.*
Sky bar: from 21:00 to 00:00.*

The rooms have a double bed or single beds?
The rooms have a extra large king bed of 2m or 2 double beds of 1.50m. Some of the rooms with an extra large king bed also have a sofa bed.
Is it guaranteed that a request regarding the type of beds will be fulfilled?
No, rooms will always be assigned based on availability. If you have any preferences, please send us an email at info@hotelgoldarcos.com or call +34 966 100 104. Although the hotel cannot guarantee the request, the hotel will do its best to accommodate it.
Do all rooms have a teapot and coffee service?
Yes, all our rooms offer these services. Tea, coffee, sugar, etc. are replenished daily.
Do the rooms have a minibar?
Yes, in each room there is a minibar, but by default it is empty.
Is there a safe in the rooms?, does it have any cost?
Yes, all rooms have a safe box. The use of the safe box is free of charge.
Is every room facing the sea?
We do not have rooms with ocean view. All of them are city view. We have Platinum rooms, which have front view (facing the sea), but they are located from the 1st to the 12th floor.
Can you take the extras from the room home?
You can take the bathrobes home (at an extra cost) and the slippers (at no extra cost)
Personal use amenities (comb, toothbrush, etc.) can be taken at no cost. Shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo cannot be taken.
All rooms have access to the common areas?
With the exception of the Jacuzzi area, which is exclusively for GOLD PREMIUM and GOLD PLATINUM rooms, the rest of the areas are accessible to all room types.
Can I receive visitors in my room during my stay?
The hotel does not allow access to non-guests. The rooms are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
If you wish to add a person to your reservation, please notify the reception as soon as possible and be aware that there will be an extra cost.
If the hotel detects that an unregistered person has used the rooms, a supplement will be charged to the holder of the reservation in question.

Can I use my scooter inside the hotel?
No type of scooter is allowed inside the hotel. The hotel has a designated area for parking and charging scooters right next to the entrance.
Is there any place to park and charge my scooter?
Yes, we have a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel for you to park and charge your scooter.
To use this area, a 300€ deposit is required in case of damages and the scooter needs to be registered at the reception.
Does the hotel rent scooters?
No, the hotel does not hire scooters, but can arrange the service. The service is outsourced, but we can arrange for the scooter to be delivered and picked up at the hotel to make it more convenient for our guests.
Does the hotel rent wheelchairs?
No, the hotel can arrange the service. The service is outsourced, but the delivery and collection of the chair can be managed at the hotel to make it more convenient for our guests.
Are there rooms for disabled people?
Our hotel has an adapted room, GOLD PREMIUM (subject to availability). It is room 108, on the first floor. Access to the hotel and its common areas is possible for wheelchair users.
If you need it, we recommend contacting reception as soon as possible.

The beach is only 400 meters away from the hotel.
Is the hotel well located for enjoying the nightlife?
The hotel is in the center of Benidorm’s nightlife, in the popular Rincón de Loix. Bars, nightclubs, and pubs are all around without disturbing the tranquility enjoyed within the hotel.
How far is the hotel from the old town?
It’s a 25-minute walk or about 10 minutes by bus.

Is there a baggage room?
